Drilling through tiles is always tricky. Fingers crossed.
If a tile isn't bedded correctly in the first place, the pressure of drilling into it can make it crack. Cue tile replacement. Do you have one of the same? Do you think this was the builder's fault (it wasn't)…He'll wish he'd stayed at home that day.
